I bought this rose cut moonstone a few weeks ago and was looking for a band. First I was going to use a half round pattern wire but it looks a little heavy for this delicate smoke white stone.
I cut two beaded wire I used for the blue opal ring and soldered them to make it one piece. it worked well. Then I formed a ring, soldered a bezel and set the stone. I am very happy with the result.
I like making ballet theme jewelry because I love ballet :)
When I lived in NYC, I went to Lincoln Center to see Nutcracker and it was my favorite winter event.
Now there are 34 different kinds of stud earrings. I started this "Set of 3" gift box yesterday.
You can mix any three pairs of $15.00 and $16.00 earrings in one box. You can also mix any small Swarovski stud earrings. You will save up to $7.00 by bundling up three pairs in one box. If you want to add earrings that are not listed in this list, just send me a message :) This will be a nice small gift for the Holiday Season!
I noticed I got a huge number of views in my Etsy shop this evening. I was wondering what happened and later I found one of my earrings were in Etsy newsletter, October Gift Guide. My sales hasn't increased yet so far but I am soooo proud of myself :)
I added two simple stud earrings in my Etsy shop.
I am little bit tired of using clean white background. I found this wine cork in our kitchen and it is a perfect size for small studs.
These are sterling silver heart studs. I soldered ear posts and nuts (both sterling silver) to these tiny hearts.
I now feel more comfortable soldering sterling silver.
I just listed these gorgeous earrings in one of my Etsy shop.
The big stone in the middle is called "White Opal Star Shine" and it is one of Swarovski's discontinued color.
I love this color and I am really sad they won't make them any longer.
It has a yellowish white sparkle inside and is absolutely gorgeous. I wish I have better technique to capture its beauty!
I finally finished three stacking copper/turquoise rings yesterday. I can see a couple of technical issues but I am happy so far.
I really like this faceted turquoise cabochon.
These are new at my other Etsy shop, Small Blue Things.
I originally added these about a month ago and they sold out in a week. I don't use yellow colored Swarovski so often but these Sun Flower stones are nice match with the little White Opal.
My first Christmas in July sale will end this week. The final day for Smallbluethings is July 24th and for PetitBlue is July 27th.
I finally finished these small sweet Tiffany Blue Heart Studs.
I enameled one by one so each piece looks slightly different but they all look soooo cute!
I have been trying to develop my soldering technique.
These earrings (Arrows and Hearts) are with soldered ear posts, not glued. They are much secure.
After CIJ sale, I would like to switch all my small studs with soldered posts.
